What is covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Motor failures on electric screens (within normal use)
• Seam separation or screen surface delamination
• Frame component failures (cracking, deformation under normal use)
• Gain or colour degradation beyond accepted tolerance thresholds

What is not covered

• Physical damage from impact, misuse, or improper installation
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or outdoor use (non-outdoor models)
• Cosmetic damage to frames that does not affect performance
• Normal wear from long-term use

How to claim

Contact our support team at support@truethrow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We aim to respond within 1 business day with next steps - typically a replacement part or full screen replacement at no cost.
