Packaging
All screens are shipped in custom foam-lined, double-walled cartons designed to protect optical surfaces during transport. Large screens (120"+) ship via freight on a pallet.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return shipping). Custom-size screens are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact our support team.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your delivery before signing. If damage is noted, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
